BLMK publishes Joint Forward Plan

Please find attached the Joint Forward Plan which for ease has been presented as two main parts:

•  ‘Core’ BLMK Joint Forward Plan – setting out the need, scope and approach of  ICB Partners to work with residents to tackle the strategic, complex and stubborn challenges that require collaboration to achieve  strategic objectives; and,
• Comprehensive appendices – these reflect the wealth of effort and system maturity & co-ordination required in delivery of the  Joint Forward Plan to achieve the benefits sought for all  residents.
